We explain why businesses need to archive their Instagram Account
How are your social media records being handled? Are you properly archiving Instagram posts, Facebook likes, Twitter retweets and LinkedIn updates? If not, your company may be putting its reputation in jeopardy of a loss of clientele or government fines due to outdated records. Here’s how you can use Instagram archiving software to stay on top of all your social media records.
How Can Social Media Archiving Help My Business?
Regulated businesses are required to archive, but it can help you prevent lawsuits and other legal issues. Companies that use social media should know the importance of archiving all posts, messages, and more in order to maintain a clean record. This is especially important if your business is a public institution or investment company.
When Do I Know Whether To Use DIY or Paid Tools?
Some do this with screenshots and printing, but this is untenable when you have a lot of text to archive. Plus, it’s hard to see the context of a post if you’re just scrolling through your feed. When you need to archive social media posts, consider using a text message archiving software or youtube archiving tool instead. For LinkedIn archives, we recommend using Linked In archiving tools instead of DIY solutions that require manual exporting and importing. If you are looking for an option that works across platforms, we also offer Text Message archiving software as well as YouTube archiving tools. All of these options are in-app so there is no extra work involved!
